Here comes the next Cerberus Project Ikki Tousen Figure Review!This time well take a look at the fan favorite Kanu Unchou and her big arguments.Perverts rejoice! Shes comes with a castoffable shirt&skirt

This is once again an original resin cast that got the alternative color PVC treatment.It features once again glossy paint like the Cerberus Hakufu but has one fundamental difference.Kanu seems to be a bit more daring than Hakufu and features bare eyes after the castoff process.You wont see them in my review tough.I know that some guys out there favor castoffable figures over regular ones but honestly i couldnt care less.Its a hughe pain to remove castoffable clothes and i dont feel the need to display my tiny women naked.Therefore you wont find me buying an ecchi figure.If you still need to satisfy your lust for PVC boobs check out Shingos Review. Im no big fan of Kanu as ive mentioned several times before but i like this sculpt.It has nice long legs( and butt ) and her hair is flowing nicely.Some people criticized the look in her eyes but i think they are just fine.Even tough i like this Figure i cant recommend it since theres a way better figure out there by Alter.You should visit Lu-ks Review and take a look at it.
So why did i buy this figure instead of Alters rendition of Kanu?I wanted to have a matching pair of the main heroines of Ikki Tousen.The 1/8 Alter Kanu wouldnt have looked right between my 1/7 Hakufu and Ryomou.Like I mentioned before these figures are quite hughe for 1/7 scale.Imagine a poor small Kanu inbetween them.^^
I really dont regret buying her even if shes not the best out there on the market.
Im sorry for the bad pictures but if catched the summer flu and didnt feel to well.Just think of them as snapshots.

Oh Kan-u has her weapon with her and she’s at an at ease pose. Good. XD This figure changes my impression of Kan-u’s figure (better impression of her now) since some that I’ve spotted were like almost naked ones.

I would say cast offs in general are a problem, cause it’s very hard to decide how to display them^^
Btw: Have you found out somthing about the light bulbs? Cause today I searched for a daylight bulb but couldn’t find something like that,
(you were right, color temperature rating is definitly not displayed at european bulbs…)

Did you bend her hair behind her legs on purpose? Mine shipped with her hair curling around in front of her legs so I’ve kept it that way (though it was getting pretty droopy in the heat ;_;)
I really like the expression on this version of kanu… jives a lot with the feeling i get from the manga. she didn’t appear too much in the first season of ikkitousen (the only one i’ve seen so far), so not sure how she is in the anime…

I found some bulbs in the internet that were declared as real daylight bulbs.I dont know the difference between the ones im using righ now and these.I can only say that these real daylight bulbs came with a pricetag of 25€ a bulb o.0

Woah!It seems that im displaying her totally wrong for more than 3 months!!Shame on me.I just checked Shingos review and the promoshots and in both they are infront of her legs.I didnt bend her hair that way.I wonder how it turned out that way.

This Kanu and Hakufu do look glossy indeed. Didn’t think that she’d be fully cast-offable by just looking at it. By just looking at the figure she does seem like one of the more ‘decent’ looking ones out of the Kanus I’ve seen so far; no crazy fluttering of miniskirt and fairly natural pose.

I’m not a fan of shiney hair, but she’s quite the purdy thing!! Cast off is a turn off for me. Makes me look even more perverted than I actually am lol.
And LOLZ, if you think you could get here in about 14 hours, by all means lol. I spose if you only live in Europe it is possible…. but ney!! I shalt not divulge my address just so thou canst take my Champo from underneath mine fingers!

The skirt is really short , so the cast off seems normal with her :p

It would be nice if all the figure manufacturers could get together and decide on a freaking size for a series.>.< That way you could mix things up a bit with a series like Ikki where a bunch of people are making stuff.

Yeah i wish they would decide on something like 1/7 Scale.I cant stand it when the size of figures from the same series doesnt match.
Lets see if Alter is releasing more Ikki Tousen Figures.Ive seen on lu-ks blog that his Kanu and Choun Shiryu matched quite well

Yeah most Figures follow the Anime and focus fully on SexSells.I prefer my figures a bit more decent thats why i like this one
