Nosebleed get!
I was finally able to pick up my most expensive order ever from customs today! They hold the poor girls hostage for a mere 14 days before sending me a notice.The Package arrived 3 days after shipping in Germany and the rest of the two weeks were spent in several custom bureaus.I have no idea what they did but whatever it was it did take quite some time.I had to pay a hostage fee of 53,90 and they were mine!

Buying these girls was one of the most difficult decisions in my figure collector life.I always loved Yamatos PVC rendition of the Yamashita Rei Design garagekit and I preordered the re-release when I heard about it.E2046 presented their Ori project shortly after I preordered Rei.They designed a matching Asuka and a pretty cool base to go with them.I fell in love with both and here is where the dilemma began.I have to thanks all the commenters that gave me advice and encouraged me to spend the money on E2046s Gathering Girls.It was a hard decision but it was worth every penny! Im simply astounded by the figures!
Im gonna review the figures as soon as possible.Im right now back in school to certify in the Manual Lymphatic Drainage and its one heck of a course! 2 x 2 weeks 10 hours a day.Next week is reserved for learning and ill have a month free time after that.I hope to take some shots this weekend but I cant promise.Youll have to live with these few shots until then 
They arrived save and with no broken parts thanks to E2046s gentle packaging

Beautiful! I always wanted these, but could never bite the bullet. I really prefer the bandaged up version over Yamato’s pvc iteration. Asuka is looking sexy herself. I might have to reconsider these girls and bump up their priority.
Yes, “hostage” is a very appropriate word in this scenario. My Kuroshitsuji figures were held hostage for 1 month – it was a very irritable experience for me.

I think that 1/6 is a great scale.Most of my figures are 1/7 or 1/6.The usual 1/8 seem so tiny inbetween them.Im running out of room aswell.Gotta look for a solution pretty quick

They are worth every penny.I finally know why James spends so much money on Fathering figures.I was really afarid that something wasnt wrong with this long time they were withheld.One month sounds like total madness

what what…I got Rei a few weeks back from them also, but no Asuka lol. I decided against their Asuka as I would rather spend $100 on a true Shunya+Reflect production…though that is probably unlikely at this point lol

Sadly I can’t get any new shelves…I’ve considering putting some back in their boxes… but I don’t have the heart to do it… Uni accomodation won’t allow new furniture… my friend has to high her folding chair when they do room checks, I don’t think they’d approved of a big glass case lol. Next year I’m staying in accomodation that allows extra stuff in the room.

I remember you having a really tough time on deciding whether to get one or both of them some time ago, and I’m glad that you’ve got both at the end (and feel sorry for your wallet at the same time).
But what are the customs doing seriously? And the fee to release from them is crazy!

(Sorry für die späte Antwort) Ja, genau, die von Yamato. Auch wenn man sie nicht ausziehen kann an den Brüsten, finde ich sie doch insgesamt von den Fotos her schöner als die mit Bandagen. Ist halt wirklich richtig toll geworden

Das Castofffeature war mir jetzt auch nicht sooo wichtig aber ich mag Rei mit Bandagen irgendwie mehr.Wenn man jetzt natürlich nicht das Geld hat um Geld für ne Gatheringfigur zu verpulvern ist Yamatos Rei natürlich immer noch eine exzellente Alternative.Ich hatte ihren Rerelease auch lange auf Preorder aber dann hab ich eben doch beim Set zugegriffen.
Nicht nur Staub ast du vergessen sondern auch Haare XD
Gehts also bald zu Ikea Detolf kaufen? ^^
