Bikini Idol Iori
These days arent what youd call ideal weather…The one day its cold,the other it rains and on the third it snows.Its weather where you prefer to stay in your warm and cozy home instead of going to the beach with your favorite 2 piece.Neverthless Iori accepted to pose in her cute bikini for this photoshoot.Shes a Idol,shes gotta show presence.
Okay this is totally made up.Theres no way that a girl would enter my den in beach attire 
Ive finally found some time to take some quick pictures of one opf my backlogged figures.Real Life is taking its toll on my freetime and I wont take some rushed pictures of something like my Gathering Rei.You gotta stick up with Iori until then ^^
Ive see her back in September in optics Blog and immediatley liked this figure.I havent seen Idolmaster Xenoglossia yet neither have I played the games but she looks to me like one of those energetic,self confident characters I like.I think its her pose and eyes that convinced me to give her a home.Ive gotta admit that I forgot about her short after seeing her at optics blog tough.Shes a bit plain (especially the bikini) and isnt that memorable.I rejoiced when I saw her for abou 13€ in HLJs sale a short time ago and ordered her.I just hope she doesnt turn out to be a character i dislike when im watching Xenoglossia^^;
Ive already mentioned that this was a rather rushed job and most pics turned out so-so.What saved me this time was Photoshops auto-enhancer.It gave those pictures a more colorful vibe than those i initally took.Seems like I should do this more often.I encourage you to take a look at optics review to see her in nice warm daylight.Her skincolour was somehow sucked up by the light in this shoot.
Shes a nice little figure even tough they could have spent more effort on her bikini.It looks a little bit flat compared to other figures.The paintjob is a bit loose on the edges of the two piece aswell. Shes a really simple figure and I cant really tell why but shes still my fav. swimsuit figure so far ^_^
I really liked how the base and her FlipFlops turned out
In case you were wonderinf what ive done since my last post…Ive finally finished the Heavens Feel Route of Fate Stay/Night and completed the VN with this.It took me a whopping 2 Days 15 hours and 18 minutes to do clear the VN…Its Value for money! Unlimited Bladeworks is my favorite out of the three Routes and its really neat how every route reveals a little more Information about the whole thing. I hope that MirrorMoon translates Ataraxia or Zero soon 
I think ill give Tsukihime a try until then.The only downside to Type Moons VN are the time they consume…I think I started the Fate Rout back in October ^^;
Now onto some random facts I learned through TsukiBoards new feature:
-23% of my Figures are 1/8 Scaled
-4,76 meters is the height of my figures piled up (Thats nothing compared to Jems 41,82 meters)
-15% of my Figures are from Lucky Star
-33% of my figures are from GSC
-1 Figure of my Collection has been counterfeited (Thank God mine is original ^^)
-18% of my figures are Petit Nendoroids

I’m confident u will like her in the series. It’s pretty funny when her team mates call her ‘forehead-chan” as her forehead is ’shiny’. Watch it to find out why. xD
While I like what u did with the shoot using photoshop, it just doesn’t show her natural skin tone.

Nice shoot. Your right about the figure, kinda dull. I haven’t seen this series either. But Xenoglossia figures keep tempting me… its really annoying…. I must resist lol. Must go look into the new Tsukiboard features, I haven’t checked there in a while lol.

The style of bathing suit she has on is my ideal kind of bathing suit. It allows you to run around and play on the beach without any fear of exposing yourself! We ladies have it tough!
25 of my figures have been bootlegged. Although it looks like my collection dropped a few stars since they updated things.

I really like her kind of bathing suit,especially the lower piece,myself.Gives a nice sporty vibe and accentuates the buttocks without giving away too much information.

This is a beautiful photo shoot of her. I really like the wet banana leaf back drop that you used even if it was digital.
You did get her for a really good price. I would have liked to get her as well, but I ended up passing it up. I really like swimsuit figures. You’re definitely right about it giving off a sporty vibe. I like this and more scantily clad bikinis. I haven’t watched the series, but I definitely like characters from the series.
I don’t know how accurate the figures piled up stat is because the scale are all relative to the character, so they must be using generalized stats for the scales. It probably would be time consuming to identify specifics about each figure. I’m at 42,9 metres right now.
Seeing a bikini character when we’re having a completely different climate is always a nice thing to see.

hahaha had no idea abou those new random tsukiboard tidbits. evidently 14% of my figures are haruhi figures ^^;;;;
gah i was so tempted to get all the idolmaster girls, especially now that i’m actually playing the psp version. already taken quite a liking for chihaya ^^
As you say a little rough and simple, but she captures the spirit of the character really well, which is enough for me ^_^

Random things aside, although I know nothing about the character other than being voiced by none other than Kugimiya Rie (i.e. the Kugimiya virus), the background is quite fitting for such theme. lol’ed at 4km worth of figures as a fact; mine’s like not even taller than half of my height!

Shes a real steal for the price.I wonder why shes the only one of the Xenoglossia swimsuit girls thats this heavy discounted.Ive watched the first 10 episodes of Xenoglossia and i think that its a rather boring.Okay im not really into mecha but it feels like ive seen all of it before.Gonna finsih the series nevertheless.Who knows maybe itll become much better.
The Figure pile probably uses the user input for the figure height to determine the height.

Hmmm…thats a valid point.What the heck am i doing with a Figure of Iori?Well you can always discuss when Loli and “normal” starts when watching anime/manga.I really like her stance and expression.Ahh I didnt know that shes voiced by her.Im immune to the virus so far ^^

I don’t like using the auto-enhancer on photoshop, you don’t have any control over it so most of the times the results don’t come the way we like so I use everything on manual, sure it takes more times but the results speak for themselves. I recommend using Lightroom, it gives you more control over the pictures and its easier to use.
Iori is a funny character, the typical tsundere girl, the fig is pretty plain especially in her hair and hand on the waist so it justifies the price she is now, I wouldn’t pay more than you paid for her thats for sure
